37th SSESA AGM for FY 2024 – 2025

The 37th Annual General Meeting of the St. Stanislaus Ex-Students’ Association (SSESAA) was held on October 12th at 11:00 am at St. Stanislaus High School, Bandra West.

The proceedings commenced with the Invocation and Lighting of the Lamp, accompanied by the singing of the revered School Anthem, “With Grateful Hearts…”, led by Fr. Luke Rodrigues, Institution Manager, and Sr. Arockiammal Anthony, President of SSESA. One of our oldest living alumni Roland Cardoz (aged 95 years) of 1948 batch also participated in the lamp lighting and AGM.

In his welcome address, Mr. Arvind Rao, Secretary of SSESA, extended a warm greeting to all attendees and expressed profound gratitude to Stanislites worldwide for their generous support and contributions to various SSESA and school initiatives.

A notable highlight was the donation of Rs 5 lakhs towards the Teachers’ Healthcare Insurance Premium, a benevolent initiative benefiting over 150 current and former staff members, made possible by the kindness of Ex-Stanislites.

Mr. Arvind Rao presented a comprehensive report detailing SSESA’s activities for the fiscal year 2024-2025. The audited accounts for the financial year were presented by Mr. Cherian Mathew, Treasurer of SSESA.

Sr. Arockiammal Anthony, President, extended sincere appreciation to all ex-students for their invaluable contributions and support, particularly towards the Teachers’ Healthcare Initiative, the Career Guidance Program, and their assistance in areas of IT and Sports.

The morning concluded on a note of camaraderie and joy, with fellowship, singing of hymns, and refreshments.
