Thirty-Sixth Annual General Meeting (AGM) | Sunday 8th December 2024 at 11 am

The Thirty-Sixth Annual General Meeting of the Association will be conducted on Sunday 8th December 2024 at 11 am in the school museum to transact the following business:

AGENDA

1. To hold the SSESA Managing Committee elections for the term 2024- 2027.
2. To read and confirm the Minutes of the Thirty Fifth Annual General Meeting held on Sunday 28^th January 2024.
3. To receive and adopt the Managing Committee Report for the year ended 31^st March 2024.
4. To receive and adopt the audited Balance Sheet and Income and Expenditure Account for the year ended 31^st March 2024
5. To consider any other business that may be brought forward with the permission of the Chair and of which Notice has been given in writing to the Honorary Secretary latest by 28^th November 2024.

NOTE:
