NOTICE OF THE THIRTY-SEVENTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Thirty-Seventh Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association will be held on Sunday, 12^th October, at 11:00 a.m. in the School Museum.

AGENDA

The following business will be transacted at the AGM:

1. 1. To read and confirm the Minutes of the Thirty-Sixth Annual General Meeting held on Sunday, 8th December 2024.
   2. To receive and adopt the Managing Committee Report for the year ended 31st March 2025.
   3. To adopt the Provisional Accounts Statements for the year ended 31st March 2025, pending the Audit Report and Audited Accounts. The Audited Accounts will be circulated via email to all members once they are available.
   4. To consider any other business that may be brought forward with the permission of the Chair, provided that written notice has been given to the Honorary Secretary by 1^st October 2025.

NOTES:

1. 1. The Audit Report and Audited Accounts for the Financial Year 2024-2025 are currently pending and have not been submitted by the School Auditors, M/s. Chhotalal H. Shah & Co. (Chartered Accountants).
   2. The attached Provisional Accounts Statements for FY 2024-2025, including the Profit and Loss Statement, Trial Balance, and Receipts and Payments Statement, have been shared by the School Accounts Department and are unaudited.
   3. The Statement of Accounts will be emailed separately to all members.
   4. The Audited Accounts will be emailed to all members once they are received by the Association.
