NOTICE

The Thirty-fifth Annual General Meeting of the Association will be conducted on 28^th January 2024 at 11 am in the school museum to transact the following business:

AGENDA

1. To read and confirm the Minutes of the Thirty Fourth Annual General Meeting held via zoom on Sunday 16^th October 2022.
2. To receive and adopt the Consolidated Managing Committee Report for the year ended 31^st March 2022 and 31^st March 2023
3. To receive and adopt the audited Balance Sheet and Income and Expenditure Account for the year ended 31^st March 2022.
4. To receive and adopt the audited Balance Sheet and Income and Expenditure Account for the year ended 31^st March 2023
5. To consider any other business that may be brought forward with the permission of the Chair and of which Notice has been given in writing to the Honorary Secretary, latest by 22nd January 2024.

NOTE:

1. Queries if any on the Accounts or any matter should be mailed on mc@stanislites.org  latest by 22nd January 2024.
2. The said AGM will be held to adopt the Accounts of FY 2021-2022 and FY 2022-2023.
