DESCRIPTION:Notice is hereby given that the Thirty-Seventh Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association will be held on Sunday\, 12th October\, at 11:00 a.m. in the School Museum. \nAGENDA\nThe following business will be transacted at the AGM:\n\n\n\nTo read and confirm the Minutes of the Thirty-Sixth Annual General Meeting held on Sunday\, 8th December 2024.\n \nTo receive and adopt the Managing Committee Report for the year ended 31st March 2025.\n \nTo adopt the Provisional Accounts Statements for the year ended 31st March 2025\, pending the Audit Report and Audited Accounts. The Audited Accounts will be circulated via email to all members once they are available.\n \nTo consider any other business that may be brought forward with the permission of the Chair\, provided that written notice has been given to the Honorary Secretary by 1st October 2025.\n\n\n\n\n  \nNOTES:\n\n\n\nThe Audit Report and Audited Accounts for the Financial Year 2024-2025 are currently pending and have not been submitted by the School Auditors\, M/s. Chhotalal H. Shah & Co.
