COMBINED PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF ST.STANISLAUS EX-STUDENTS ASSOCIATION PORTAL

St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association Portal is provided by St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association  and its agents, and is designed to facilitate communication among alumni and the St. Stanislaus High School community for personal or school-related purposes.

I. Privacy and Security

St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association  only collects the personally identifiable information explicitly submitted by you via the website, and does not use web browser cookies or other methods to obtain other personally identifiable information.

St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association does not disseminate alumni information to any unaffiliated third party other than St. Stanislaus High School, agents engaged from time to time to carry out the school alumni services and programs. St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association   does not share your information with any third parties for use independent of St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association  purposes. St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association   may share information with third parties when it believes that doing so is necessary to comply with law, enforce this privacy policy and terms and conditions of use, or protect the rights or interest of St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association , St. Stanislaus High School or users of the St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association  Online Services.

St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association  has taken reasonable precautions to secure the privacy and integrity of personal information available through the Alumni Online Services. These services are password-protected to allow access by registered St. Stanislaus alumni, employees, and students. Personally identifiable information is encrypted. While these precautions are taken to protect personal information available from abuse or outside interference, a certain degree of privacy risk is faced any time information is shared over the Internet.

Personally identifiable information that you submit via the website, through the Create New Account and Update Your Info tools may be viewed by other users of the St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association  Online Services, including St. Stanislaus School faculty, staff, and students. If you would like to modify, remove, or restrict access to any of your information, you may do so by clicking on the link to â€˜my accountâ€™.

St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association  may contact alumni via email to communicate about school-related business. St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association  provides a method for alumni to opt out of such direct email from the school.

II. Policy and Guidelines for Proper Use

A. Use of information or communications available through the St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association  Online Services for any commercial, public or political purposes is strictly prohibited. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, solicitations for commercial services, cold-calling of any kind or mass-mailings for commercial purposes. Information available through theSt. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association  Online Services may be used for personal and school-related purposes only.

B. Users shall not restrict nor inhibit any other user from using any of the St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association  Online Services. Posting of obscene materials or use of obscene language, posting of vulgar materials, or use of vulgar language, or use of abusive, defamatory, profane, or threatening language of any kind, will constitute a violation of these policies. Users shall not upload, transmit, distribute or otherwise publish any materials containing a virus or any other harmful component. Users shall not upload, transmit, distribute or otherwise publish any materials that are copyrighted.

C. St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association  is not responsible for screening communications in advance, and the Association will not actively monitor the use of the St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association  Online Services. For this reason, it is essential that the alumni users of the St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association  Online Services report any abuses or misuse of the St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association  Online Services to the Administrator: admin@stanislites.org.

If the St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association  determines that a user's participation in the St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association Online Services creates a liability for the  Association  or school or that the user has violated the policies set forth herein, St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association  reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take actions against the user. The St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association  reserves the right to expel a user and deny a user further access to the St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association  Online Services if such user violates these policies or any applicable laws or regulations.

III. Liability and Indemnity
