Lonavla Picnic 2009

We invite you to the annual SSESA Lonavla Picnic at the picturesque St. Stanislaus Villa in Lonavla. Come along with your family and batchmates and enjoy three days of fun and fellowship. We leave St. Stanislaus High School at around 6.30am on 29th May 2009 and return on 31st May 2009 evening. The picnic is only open to registered members of SSESA and their families.

Please download and print the  application  form and enter relevant details. Booking is on first come basis and will open on Sunday, May 10th 2009 between 11am and 1pm at the SSESA Office near the School Canteen.

Charges for the Lonavla Picnic include accomodation, travel to & fro by bus and meals. There are only 50 seats on the bus so book early. Please be prepared to share your room if required with fellow Stanislites and their families.

Charges for three days:

1. Regular Sharing with common washroom -  Rs 1500 per person
2. Self contained rooms with attached washroom - Rs 1900 per person (limited rooms available)
3. Children above 10 years - Rs. 1500 per child
4. Children below 10 years - Rs.1100 per child
5. Children below 2 years - No charge no seat in bus

Remember:

• All bookings are on first come basis.
• Your need to carry your own bedsheets, towels, toiletries and other personal effects
• Detailed instructions are provided on the application form
• Members need to be personally present at the time of booking.
• You need to make payment in cash when you register.
