Pandey - Tamhane
I always remember Pandey while walking on Hill Road as his convenient/Paan-beedi store is bang opposite the school. Wonder where he is now? He was the stylish sir as compared to Tamhane, better physique too....Who can forget Tamhane's signature curse word...HALKAT

I missed the event cause I was not in BOM at the time. I rememeber (as a lil kid) thinking that P.T. period was the short form for Panda & Tamhane! What a great pair they were.
Can't forget how Master Tamhane took 5 or 6 of us on the scouts trip to Matheran, although we were in the R.S.P. (Road Side Pigs as we were called). I think he regretted that decision later! LOL.
Wish I were there that evening at the BOB-2009! Will try to make it for the next BOB.

Master Tamhane
It was good to see Master Tamhane. He was a great PT teacher and formed a great pair with Pande sir. I was in the Band which was being trained by Tamhane sir and did not like it at all when he put me in the group which was to play the flute!! :-)) I dont know why but he used to call me "Bhikari"...would ahve loved to meet all.
