Aim
The yuva vividha aims to introduce children, teachers and school administrators to the world of ICT by relating it to their school studies and their environment. It adopts a hands-on approach to bridging
the digital divide by introducing school children from all socio-economical backgrounds to computers, the internet and new media.

Objectives

1. To help students aspire to a professional identity, based on personal preferences which may transcend traditional career paths (i. e. running an enterprise while creating social benefits for a marginalized community).
2. To demonstrate how ICTs can enhance the teaching-learning processes by creating new possibilities for learning within the classroom situation, as well as more efficient methods of school administration for teachers and school administrators.
3. To promote alternative approaches to learning, provides a platform for interaction between children and local artisans, encourages small enterprise and promotes peace and community living

Project Design

The yuva vividha revolves on three interrelated themes:

1. Lifelong learning: Learning does not begin with kindergarten and end with one's highest degree. It begins no later than birth and continues throughout life
2. Learning through living: Learning does not occur only in school or college but everywhere.Study, work, play, contemplation, social interaction and all other activities are integrally related.
3. Learning communities: Everyone is a teacher and a student. A vibrant community is a constantly learning entity. Its process of internal governance incorporates healing, learning and growth.
