Important change in guidelines when submitting claims.

Please note the following circular has been received from United India Insurance Company for all claims; violation of these new guidelines will result in claim repudiation.

1.       Claim intimation within 24hrs via email or fax with following information either to TPA or insurance company.

• Date of Admission
• Patient name
• Employee name
• Employee code
• Corporate name
• Name & Location of hospital
• Disease
   

2.       Claim documents should be received by TPA within 15 days of discharge.
3.       For any mid term correction of name / age of any Insured or dependant, adequate reason and proof will be required.

 UIIC has instructed repudiation of claim which do not comply these guidelines.
